    These sessions are gently guided, with time for grounding, intention-setting, active breath, and integration. You’ll be supported throughout, with optional sharing and space for stillness. Whether you’re new or returning to breathwork, this is a safe, welcoming environment to explore and expand.

    Group sessions are ideal if you enjoy shared energy, collective healing, and the quiet strength of practicing in circle.

    Private sessions offer a deeply personalized space for healing, release, and reconnection. These 1:1 journeys are tailored to your unique needs — whether you’re navigating a transition, feeling emotionally stuck, or simply seeking quiet space to land and listen inward.

    Together, we’ll co-create an intention for your session and move through a guided breathwork journey designed to support your body, emotions, and spirit. These sessions often go deeper, as the container allows for more focused attention and care.

    Breathwork is powerful — even across distance. Online sessions bring the same depth and intentionality into your own space, allowing you to relax, lie down, and journey inward from the comfort of your home.

    Whether in a group or 1:1 format, online breathwork is guided in real time, with clear instructions, grounding practices, and space for integration. All you need is a quiet space, headphones, and an open heart. You’ll be amazed at how connected and held you can feel, even through a screen.

    Online sessions are a beautiful option if you’re traveling, outside the local area, or simply prefer the intimacy of your own space.
